DePaul guard Brittany Hrynko will attend tonight’s WNBA draft in Uncasville, Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
Hrynko was one of 12 players to be invited for the draft. She will be accompanied with DePaul head coach Doug Bruno.
If drafted, Hrynko will be DePaul’s first WNBA draft pick since Keisha Hampton was taken 22nd overall in 2012. The Blue Demons have had nine players drafted in the WNBA since 1997.
In her final season, Hrynko earned the Big East Player of the Year award and led her team to another Big East title. She averaged 19.1 points per game and 5.3 assists per game. Hyrnko also set a DePaul record in assists, finishing with 680.
The WNBA draft begins at 6 p.m. and the first round can be seen on ESPN 2. The following two rounds can be watched on WatchESPN, ESPN’s online streaming service.
