Record Store Day is this Saturday and there are plenty of record stores in the Chicago area celebrating the unique culture behind record stores. Now in its seventh year of existence, Record Store Day on Saturday, April 19, continues to support local record stores around the world with participating stores on every continent except Antarctica.
Special vinyl, CD releases and various promotional products are made exclusively for the day in addition to festivities such as special appearances and performances by artists.
