Steven Spielberg’s “Jurassic Park” is heralded as special effects master piece and helped create a blockbuster franchise that spawned two sequels. However, it’s the original film that really captured movie-goer’s hearts and imaginations, and now it’s back in 3D.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Universal is re-releasing the classic blockbuster. The film is currently playing at 3D theaters and IMAX 3D across the city. DePaul students, now is the time to head to the student center and get those discounted AMC tickets.
The animatronics and CG effects used to bring the dinosaurs to life hold up so well by today’s standards that it’s hard to imagine that this film was released back in 1994. Check out the trailer below.
