The annual Irish Film Festival is celebrating its 14th year this March and will be showing select award winning Irish films from March 1 to March 5. Films will take place at the River East AMC Theater and the Society For Arts Theater.
Opening this Friday at AMC will be “Sanctuary” a film by Norah McGettigan which recently debuted at the Glasgow International Film Festival. The Sundance Award-winning short “Irish Folk Furniture” will also screen.
Tickets are on sale on the official Chicago Irish Film Festival website for $15. The opening screening starts at 7:30 p.m. Watch a trailer for the film festival below.
