DePaul Board of Trustees extends President Rev. Dennis H. Holtschneider’s contract

An email sent to DePaul faculty, staff and students Monday, Jan. 12, announced a contract extension for President Rev. Dennis H. Holtschneider, C.M., through the end of the 2018-2019 academic year.

William E. Bennett, chair of the Board of Trustees, said DePaul’s Executive Committee “approved the extension, citing strong support for Fr. Holtschneider’s extraordinary leadership as the university’s eleventh president.”

This is Holtschneider’s third contract extension since his arrival at DePaul in 2004.
