Salma Ghanem is the Dean of the College of Communication at DePaul University. Her background blends the theoretical and applied aspects of the field of communication. Prior to joining DePaul, she served as Dean of the College of Communication and Fine Arts at Central Michigan University for five years. She also held the position of chair of the Department of Communication at the University of Texas Pan American for eight years.
