The Chicago Jazz Festival was held in Millennium Park from Aug. 31 to Sep. 3. International, national, and local musicians came to provide free jazz programming.The Chicago Jazz Institute co-hosted the festival along with DCASE (The Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events) for the 47th anniversary.
