A DePaul student reported a battery incident after a man got out of his car and began flirting with her near the corner of Webster and Racine at about 1 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, according to Public Safety.

The man exited his silver SUV  and would not leave until the student gave her phone number or took his. After that, he hugged the student and then left the area. The safety alert also said that this might have happened to another student.
