DePaul recently elected three members to its 40-member board of trustees.
Joe Adams, Biff Bowman and Timothy P. Knight, all graduates of DePaul, were added to the board.
Adams, managing partner and CEO of McGladrey LLP, which handles audits, mergers and strategy matters in the tax-consulting field, earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from DePaul.
Bowman has an MBA from DePaul and is the newly appointed CFO of Northern Trust Management Group.
In addition to his corporate work, Bowman is on the board of directors for the Lincoln Park Zoo and the Skills for Chicagoland’s Future.
The third new member, Knight, is CEO of Wrapports LLC, a technology company that owns the Chicago-Sun Times and more than 40 other print and digital publications.
Knight has a law degree from DePaul.
Outside of his professional work, Knight is a member of the Ambassadors Board for the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, the advisors for Catholic Charities and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.
The Board of Trustees are elected and held accountable for helping shape and promote the university’s core values.
