what a bunch of low class coons.

  • datavortex

The shameful failure of the authorities to do their job and arrest Ed Ward and other violent and disruptive people should lead to firings, security fee refunds, and reform. The heckler’s veto is no way to conduct exchange of ideas at a university. Shame on DePaul. Shame on the police.

  • ChicagoJohn

“We are constantly saying we’re diverse…but when students of color speak up the response is ‘stop being too sensitive ‘

There is a difference between being “too sensitive” and “trying to stop people from talking”.
The protesters tried to stop people from talking.

The irony being a black woman stood up to speak and they silenced her and screamed that she was a white supremacist. What a load of nonsense that quote really is. Hypocrites to the last.

      • rick

Is that the same Black woman who made a punching motion toward the speaker, aborting the blow less than an inch from his face?

  • Sailor12

So embarrassing for DePaul! Another counterproductive failure by the Brownshirt BLM crowd. Not sympathy, but condemnation is due. Useless people; useless protest; useless education (if affirmative action dreck can count as an education). Childish, low class, ignorant ranting. Ugly and unappealing people…. Really a spectacle of anti-human, hate filled “deadenders” rooting around in absurd, pretentious mewling …..

Can’t wait for the counter revolution!

It’s incredibly convenient to label your opposition as [insert socially awful adjective here] and frame their position as (((hate))).

A quote of Frédéric Bastiat comes to mind:
“Socialism, like the ancient ideas from which it springs, confuses the distinction between government and society. As a result of this, every time we object to a thing being done by government, the socialists conclude that we object to its being done at all. We disapprove of state education. Then the socialists say that we are opposed to any education. We object to a state religion. Then the socialists say that we want no religion at all. We object to a state-enforced equality. Then they say that we are against equality. And so on, and so on. It is as if the socialists were to accuse us of not wanting persons to eat because we do not want the state to raise grain.”

Only now, the distinction between disagreement and bigotry is no longer made, as disagreement is tantamount to bigotry, asserting that your position is de facto correct

  • Goober_Pyle

Looks like the affirmative action crowd hates free speech and gay people.

  • Joe Johnson

I can’t really blame the low IQ affirmative action dancing monkey (Ed Ward) they sent on stage to disrupt the speech. I mean a low IQ monkey is going to act like an animal, thats his natural state. Ed Ward is too low in IQ to have a GED let alone a real college degree. Shows you how worthless a “liberal arts” degree has become these days when even a dancing monkey is given one by liberal universities.

Im sure Soros gave this baboon a few shekels to disrupt the event.

The biggest disgusting parts were due to:

    1) Security was clearly told by the Depaul President to stand down. This was a setup by Depaul University’s communist President to shut down Milo.

    2) The Republican student “leadership” (blond chick) who told the Milo supporting younger guys to get off stage so the “cop would arrest everyone”. They were about to defend Milo and this fool essentially shut down the Milo supporters who were ready to confront the dancing monkey.

Shame on Depaul University for its communist ways.

  • DrTorch

No one outside of the DePaul community has ever considered it a “good school”. Now that reputation for academic inferiority is firmly cemented in the mind of the entire world.

  • Nice guy who threatens physical violence to a speaker because he disagrees with his views. This isn’t called a protester, it’s called a Terrorist, though it used to be called a Thug. Since these terrorists are on every campus now, ALWAYS CARRY PEPPER SPRAY.

  • Nem

You left out the part where both of the protesters threatened the speaker with physical violence. Shameful news organization you have here.

    • rick

Liberal students working on the school newspaper are propagandists, not reports; cf Orwell, “1984”
